Children’s Day Celebrations14-Nov-2024

The Children’s Day celebrations at Unison World School on 14 November was marked with enthusiasm, with a special lineup of events put together by the faculty to entertain and honor the students. The program began with an inspiring song by the Principal, setting a positive tone for the day. Following this, the teachers united in harmony to present a beautiful prayer song, ‘ Anandaloke, Mangalaaloke’,a beautiful Bengali hymn by Rabindranath Tagore which was deeply appreciated by all in attendance. Continuing the spiritual atmosphere, the Vice Principal shared the Thought of the Day, encouraging students to embrace their individuality and dreams with determination. Adding to the cultural festivities, Ms. Shreyanshi mesmerized everyone with a graceful Classical solo dance recital, followed by Ms. Sriya’s dance performance that captivated the students. The teachers then came together for a melodious medley of new and old songs, filling the hall with joy and nostalgia. A highlight of the event was the play by teachers, on Julius Caesar which was enacted as a comedy which brought laughter and delight. Adding to the musical spirit, Ms. Mali and Mr. Arun delivered a heartfelt song performance that once again captivated the students. As the program drew to a close, the Activities Coordinator, Ms. Reshu Dora delivered a special Vote of Thanks, highlighting the notoriety of students expressing gratitude to the students. Finally, the celebrations concluded with a lively group dance led by Ms. Divya, where teachers expressed their joy and spirit, making this Children’s Day a truly memorable experience for all. The event was a heartwarming tribute from the faculty, who put in their best efforts to make Children’s Day special for the students, filling the day with joy, appreciation, and unforgettable memories.
