74th Republic Day Celebration 26-Jan-2023

The 74th Republic Day was celebrated with gaiety, pride, and reverence at Unison World School on 26th Jan 2023. Lt Col. Ashutosh Nayak graced the event as the chief guest. The ceremony commenced with the unfurling of the tricolour followed by the national song as a tribute to our mother land. Thereafter the school contingent comprising of NCC battalion, School Prefectorial Body, and the students of the four Houses immaculately marched in synchronization to the tunes of the drumbeats. The vibrant cultural programme featuring an Indian instrumental orchestra, patriotic group song and a soul stirring dance performance added hue to the fervour of patriotism prevalent in the air. The distinguished guest commended the students for their impeccable performances and the mentors for the thoughtful presentations. In his message he asked the students to realize and reaffirm the values of being a responsible citizen of a republic nation, to always tread the path of virtue, be at the helm of nation building and to be compassionate with other fellow beings. The celebration concluded with the vote of thanks and beautiful rendition of the song ‘Saare Jahan Se Achcha Hindustan Hamara’.
