The faculty at Unison World School adheres fervently to the dictum that learning is a never-ending process. The quest to spruce up one's knowledge, reinvent oneself, and be updated with the latest developments is essential to impart holistic growth to our stakeholders and the next generation of global citizens On 13th July 2023, Unison World School held internal training sessions to maintain their high standards for delivering quality education. In the first session Mr. Shankar Dayal, the CAIE Coordinator, provided a detailed overview of the CAIE curriculum, methodology, exam schedules, evaluation, and ways to explore subject-enriched content. Academic Coordinator Dr. Abhinai Saxena oversaw the second session. The discussion centred on the modifications made in the ICSE and ISC curricula, question paper pattern, analysis of pupil performance as per CISCE guidelines due to incorporation of NEP. The third session conducted by Special Educator Ms. Garima Bajaj, was on Disability Awareness and Identification in Inclusive Schools. The objective was to equip teachers with tools and parameters to identify unique needs of the students and help them to become resilient and active participants in the sustainable development of the society.
