Leadership Workshop30-Jul-2023

Empowering young Uthena’s to be leaders of tomorrow a leadership workshop was held at Unison World School for the students of grade XI and XII on 30 July 2023. Mr. Philip Burrett, an accomplished educator and administrator, served as the workshop's resource person. Activities pertaining to teamwork, constructive and effective communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking. building trust, and sharing experiences assisted students in identifying their abilities and strategies to refine the skills needed to be effective leaders. Mr Philip's experiences and symbolic stories struck a chord with the pupils, inspiring them to be true to themselves, brave, and approachable.
