Interhouse Hindi Debate13-Apr-2024

On April 13, 2024,Unison World school organised an inter-school Hindi debate competition for junior students ranging from grades 6 to 8. The event saw an active participation from all four Houses with each team comprising two students, one advocating the affirmative and the other the negative stance on the topic of “Pratispardha seekhne hetu prerit karti hai.” Translated in English, the motion was “Competition fosters learning." The competition witnessed spirited exchanges as students eloquently presented their arguments in Hindi. Following intense rounds of debate, the results were announced, with Tulip House securing the first position, followed by Jasmine House in second place, Daffodil House in third, and Orchid House in fourth. Aaradhya Singhal was honoured as the best speaker of the event. The judges praised the students for their articulate presentations and applauded their proficiency in the language.
