Ms Sushma Bhadauria, Dean of Activities UWS declared the event Open. The opening ceremony was followed by the participating team captains taking the pledge. A total of 6 schools participated in this tournament. The Chief Guest for the occasion, Capt. Shreya, Supply Depot, Dehradun applauded the efforts of the participating schools and gave away the awards to the deserving teams. In her short speech she commended the girls for their stamina and agility in the game.
