NTC Inaugural Ceremony At UWS22-Mar-2024

Opening limitless space for true education- PLAY! We are proud to announce that the Gerflor Tennis Court with interlocking tiles is formally declared open on Friday, March 22, 2024, for the students at Unison World School. It is like the Crown atop the lush campus and will not only serve as a platform for improving our students' sports skills but also as a space for fostering camaraderie and sportsmanship. The morning kicked off with much enthusiasm and vigour as Mr. Jitendra Kumar Sonkar, Director Sports Youth Welfare and PRD Uttarakhand, was amongst us as the Chief Guest for the inaugural ceremony of the Tennis court. The Chief Guest inaugurated the newly built Tennis Court, by serving the ball. Mr. Jitendra Kumar Sonkar is an accomplished individual in the field of sports. Mr. Sonkar has successfully organized and handled different events such as, ‘Yuva Mahotsav’ and ‘Khel Maha Kumb’. On this occasion, the cheerleading squad presented their spectacular performance thereafter the students celebrated the inauguration by playing three exhilarating tennis matches on the newly inaugurated court. These matches showcased the talent, determination, and sportsmanship of the students at UWS, highlighting their spirit of excellence that defines Unison World school. The Chief Guest in his speech shared valuable insights and experiences in the field of Sports. The students and their parents expressed their deep gratitude and appreciation towards the school, and its visionaries.
